2017 is a big year for Lutherans – it is the 500th Anniversary of the Reformation

While Synod is preparing for this anniversary in some special ways, so are each of the districts.

Rev. Sean Daenzer (task force chair of LIFE TOGETHER: Ordained and Commissioned Ministers) and I have been working on this together.

  • 4:30-5:00pm – Social Time
  • 5:00-6:30pm – Rev. Dr. Larry Rast Presentation, “The Significance of the Reformation Then and Now”
  • 6:30-7:00pm – Question and Answer with Rast
  • 7:00pm – Oktoberfest Meal and Gemütlichkeit

 

 

(Dr. Rast is also tentatively scheduled to preach at Messiah Lutheran Church, Mandan, on October 14).
