All pastors and laymen are invited to a retreat at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Oakes, ND! This retreat is a time of rest, prayer, study, and fellowship with fellow Christian men. Be fed by the preaching of North Dakota district pastors!

This year’s retreat will study the used of rhetoric in preaching, that is, will look at how sermons can be preached winsomely using tried and true speaking techniques.

Cost: Determined at the retreat, but was $50 last year

Lodging: free if you stay at the church, but bring your own sleeping bag and air mattress
